Complete HR Solutions Agreement

SERVICE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

This Agreement Is Made On Dated (Hereafter Referred To As “Company”) Of The One Part,

And “The GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd” (Hereinafter Referred To As “The GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd”)(Agency”) Of the Other Part.

BOTH PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

This agreement shall be effective from and valid for a period of one year from commencement.
This agreement gets automatically renewed unless called off by either party

For the purposes of this assignment, our fee will be invoiced in the following manner: -

On successful Management Consultant provided by us, our service charges will be 6% of the monthly salary of all employees + Recruitment 4.33%of annual Gross ctc + Training as per decided mutually.
All such payment should be made on the name of GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd Payable at Mumbai within 10 days from the date of submitting task. And as per Section 194C Payments to contractors and sub-contractors (Contracts to Individuals/HUF).

GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible, if client Company utilizes candidate for any illegal activities.
Company cannot hire or avail direct services of the any employee or Concern person of the GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd during contact period.
In the event of any disputes and differences between the parties, the courts at Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction to try and entertain the same.
